What is the BounceProtect Zapier integration?

The BounceProtect Zapier integration lets you connect email validation to any app in your stack — without writing code. Validate new form submissions, enrich CRM contacts, check domains before campaigns, and trigger workflows based on validation results.

• Validation Job Completed — fires automatically when a bulk validation upload finishes, with summary counts and a hygiene score

Actions

• Validate Email — validate a single email with full signal breakdown. Optionally filter so the Zap only continues for valid, risky, or invalid results
• Validate Email and Get Routing Decision — returns SEND, SEND WITH CAUTION, REVIEW, or DO NOT SEND. Use with Zapier Paths to route leads to different destinations automatically
• Validate Emails (Bulk) — submit up to 100 emails at once and get a list hygiene score
• Get Validation Results — fetch individual email results from a bulk upload
• Check Domain Blacklist — check any domain against Spamhaus, Barracuda, SURBL, and NordSpam
• Trigger Deep Analysis — start domain intelligence analysis on a bulk upload

• Find Validation by Email — look up a cached result for an email address. No credits charged if result is from cache
• Get Deep Analysis Results — fetch company intelligence, SSL status, legitimacy scores, and domain signals for a completed deep analysis job

How to connect

1. Go to zapier.com and create a Zap
2. Search for BounceProtect in the app picker
3. Connect your account using a BounceProtect API key from your dashboard
4. Choose your trigger or action and configure it

Credit usage

Each email validated via Zapier costs 1 credit, same as the web app and direct API. Cached results (Find Validation by Email search) do not charge credits. Bulk validation charges credits per email validated.
