The send recommendation gives you an immediate actionable verdict for every email — no interpretation required.
✓ SEND
The email is valid, has no significant risk signals, and has a high deliverability score (80+). Safe to include in your campaign.
⚠ SEND WITH CAUTION
The email is deliverable but has moderate risk signals — catch-all domain, free email provider, or a deliverability score between 60–79. Generally fine to include, but monitor bounce rates.
○ REVIEW
Has signals that require a judgment call — role account (info@, noreply@), domain typo detected, or deliverability score 40–59. Manually review before sending, especially for high-value outbound campaigns.
✗ DO NOT SEND
Invalid, disposable, a confirmed SMTP rejection, or deliverability score below 40. Suppress these immediately — sending will harm your sender reputation.
How to use this in your workflow
- Bulk campaigns: export only SEND rows for your safest list. Include SEND_WITH_CAUTION for warmer audiences.
- CRM cleanup: filter to REVIEW rows and make a human decision on each one.
- Always: suppress DO_NOT_SEND rows before any send.
