BounceProtect
Clean your email lists before you send
Find out which email provider a domain uses.
Detect which email service provider a domain uses — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, and more — by reading MX record patterns. Free, no signup required.
How does ESP detection work?
Every email provider has a distinctive MX record pattern. Google Workspace uses aspmx.l.google.com, Microsoft 365 uses mail.protection.outlook.com, and so on. By reading a domain's MX records and matching them against known patterns, we can identify the email provider with high accuracy.

Frequently asked
For the major providers — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES — detection is highly accurate because they use distinctive, consistent MX record patterns. For self-hosted mail servers or less common providers, confidence is lower.
